辽宁省普通高校体育大学生就业现状及解决途径的研究

The Research on The Employee Condition And Solution Ways of The University Students of Specialized Physical Education in Liaoming Province

采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,从整体性、综合性角度,对辽宁省普通高校“扩招”后体育毕业生就业现状进行了研究,研究结果表明:随着国家经济体制从计划经济向市场经济的转变,体育大学毕业生的就业途径已进入正常的轨道,社会的需求已成为高等体育教育改革的重要前提。如何在市场的需求与高校教育之间保持一种相对的平衡,如何提高体育大学生的综合素质、转变就业观念以适应社会发展的需要,这已经成为我们目前高等体育教育面临的一个重要课题。针对辽宁省高校体育毕业生目前所面临的就业现状进行分析,提出相应对策,以期对体育大学生就业有所帮助。

From perspective of integration, the researches on the current status of the ordinary universities physical education graduates＇ obtaining job in Liaoning province have been done with many method, including literature searching, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics. The results shown： with nation economy system＇ s transforming from planned economy to market economy, the way of their obtaining job have been entered right path, the demand of society has became the important reason of the innovation of higher physical education. It has became a important task facing to higher physical education that how to keep a balance between the market＇s requirements and college education, and how to improve the integrative quality of physical education undergraduates. There are some analyses in the article arming at the current problem facing to the ordinary universities physical education graduates in Liaoning province. And some method have been given, expecting some help for physical education undergraduates.
