在研究生思想政治教育过程中必须要重视班级管理,且必须要针对研究生班级管理的非集中性、非全面性、非全程性、非全员性等特点,建立并运用师资增量机制、师资运用机制、研究生激励机制、以及研究生干部选用机制。只有在建立并运用这些机制的基础上,加上各方面的协调与配合,研究生思想政治教育才会跃上一个新的台阶。

In the course of graduate student＇s ideologacal and polilical education, we must pay attention to class＇s managing, must to direct the characteristic of non-getting centralized, non-comprehensive, non-whole process, and non-whole student in the graduate student class of management, set up and use the increment mechanisms of teachers, the mechanism of teachers to use, the incentive mechanism of graduate students, and the mechanism of graduate student＇s cadre to select and use. Only on the basis of setting up and using these mechanisms, adding the coordination and cooperation of various fields, graduate student＇s ideological and political education will just be jumped and gone up to a new stage.
