辽宁省鼠伤害沙门氏菌噬菌体分型的研究

STUDY ON BACTERIOPHAGE TYPING OF SALMONELLA TYPHIMURIUM LIAONING PROVINCE

本文报道了辽宁省不同来源鼠伤寒沙门氏菌噬菌体型的分布情况。实验结果表明：１５１株鼠伤寒沙门氏菌能分型者１４７株，分型率高达９７．３５％；１４７株鼠伤寒沙门氏菌可分成１４个噬菌体型，其中４７７４型（４６．２６％）、７７７７型（２４．４９％）、６７７４型（１１．５６％）、４０００型（６．８０％）。上述４型为辽宁省鼠伤寒沙门氏菌优势噬菌体型（８９．１２％）。辽宁省各种来源鼠伤寒沙门氏菌均以４７７４型最为常见，肠炎病人和健康带菌者型别众多，医院交叉感染病人型别相对集中，食物中毒鼠伤寒沙门氏菌流行型别为４７７４型和６７７４型。

This paper reported the distribution of bacteriophage taping of salmonella typhimurium from various sources in Liaoning.The results showed that 147 of 151 strains had been typed. The typing rate was 97.35%high. 147 strains were divided into 14 bacteriophage typing,among them 4774(46.26%),7777(24. 49%),6774(11,56%)and 4000(6.8%).They were predominant types of salmonella typhimurium in Liaoning(89.12%).4774 type was the most common for salmonella typhimurium of various sources in liaoning.There were many types in enteritis patients,and types of patients of cross infection in hospital were concentrated relatively. 4774 and 6774 were main epidemiological type of salmonella typhimurium from food poisoning in Liaoning.
