市场经济中经济活动主体相互的诚信保障是市场经济得以正常运转的道德基础。然而市场经济的信用文化恰好是我们由计划经济向市场经济转型时期所缺乏的。现实中“诚信缺失”的严重现象表明,大力整顿和规范市场经济秩序,营造讲诚实、守信用的社会体系已势在必行。

The honesty and credit of principle parties of economic activities in market economy is moral basis for market economy to operate correctly. However w credit culture of market economy is lacked during our transformation from plan economy to market economy. In reality, the lack of honesty and credit reveals that it is necessary to standardize market economy order and to create honesty and credit social system.
