摘要
我国房地产业的发展在1997-2004年间,大部分特征指标没有显现出泡沫的特征,更没有出现商品房价格脱离市场基础价值的持续飞涨。尽管我国部分地方房价虚高,出现了一些泡沫特征,但总体上,并没有出现商品房价格泡沫。
Most specific indexes of Chinas real estate industry development from 1997 to 2004 do not show the characteristic of bubbles and do not raise price continually without market basis, Although the price of part of real estate is high and the characteristics of bubbles appear, there are no price bubbles of commercial apart- ments.
