绩效化是西方发达国家政府内部管理改革的主线,也是取得较大成效的改革领域,它推动了以结果为基础的责任机制的探索。探讨当代西方政府内部管理改革的动因,它的主要内容,以及有哪些成败得失,可以为我国政府内部管理改革的深入提供有益的启示。
Performance management which is the consistent thread of interior management of western developed country governments and is the reform field which has been made great progress and promotes the exploration on the basis of responsible mechanism. Discussion on the cause, main contents, failure and success of interior management reform of western governments can provide helpful enlightenment for interior management reform of Chinese government.
