宪法中关于环境保护的规定是环境法和其他相关部门法的立法依据,是人类协调人与环境关系的愿望在各国宪法中的直接体现和反映。我国有必要对现行宪法加以修改和补充,将可持续发展战略,公民的环境权和政府的环境职责加以确认和规定,使得环境的法律保护获得更为直接和具体的宪法依据,也为相关法律部门建立和完善环境立法提供依据。

Environment protection regulations in constitution are the legislation basis of environment law and other department law and are the direct reflection of coordination with human beings and environment relation in constitutions of each country. China is necessary to revise and supplement current constitution and defines sustainable development, environment right of citizens and environment responsibility of government in order to provide direct and practical basis for lawful protection of environment and to provide legislation basis for establishment and consummation of environment legislation of the related lawful departments.
