摘要
目的测定江苏省流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)蚊媒三带喙库蚊和淡色库蚊对4种常用杀虫剂的抗性,并了解其抗性发生情况。方法区分剂量法。结果镇江、南京、淮安3地三带喙库蚊对敌敌畏均已产生高抗,对氯氰菊酯均敏感;镇江、苏州、连云港3地淡色库蚊对敌敌畏的抗性均达中抗以上,前两地淡色库蚊对氯氰菊酯均敏感,连云港为中抗。在同一地区,2种蚊媒对有的杀虫剂如氯菊酯抗性差别较大。结论经过长期的化学防制,蚊虫对一些杀虫剂产生了明显的抗性。可根据蚊媒对杀虫剂的抗性情况,选用氯氰菊酯开展乙脑蚊媒控制。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Japanese encephalitis vector mosquitoes( Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex pipiens pallens ) to four insecticides and know their insecticides resistance in Jiangsu province. Methods Distinguishing dosage method was used. Results C. tritaeniorhynchus developed high resistance to DDVP, while susceptibility to cypermethrin, in Zhenjiang, Nanjing and Huai'an; C.pipiens pallens developed moderate resistance to DDVP, and susceptibility to cypermethrin, in Zhenjiang and Suzhou, while moderate resistance to cypermethrin in Lianyungang. There was a great difference of resistance to some insecticides such as permethrin for two kinds of vector mosquitoes in the same area. Conclusion The vector mosquitoes have developed obvious resistance to some insecticides, which were used for a long time. Cypermethrin could be applied for the control of Japanese encephalitis vector mosquitoes in these areas.
