摘要
从团队的定义和特征入手,运用“囚徒困境”博弈模型进行分析,指出团队工作中低绩效存在的原因是个人理性与集体理性的冲突。在此基础上,提出了避免低绩效的有效途径是通过明确的绩效考核体系进行约束,对团队工作实施过程控制和进行团队文化建设。
This article begins with the definition and characteristics of team, analyzes it by means of the "Prisoners'Dilemma" game model, and points out that the clash between individual rationality and collective rationality results from low team performance. Therefore, the article puts forward that the effective way of avoiding low performance lies in the restriction and incentive through flexible performance management, in the control of team work process and in the construction of team culture.
