网络政治人权观对网络参政的影响

信息时代,人们在网络上建立同盟组织,进行网络选举,部分人权将转移到网络中来实现,网络政治人权观也由此形成。新的网络政治人权观可以对人权价值观理想设计,并试图在网络上实现。它影响人们的政治参与,使他们在网上参与政治的热情倍增,形式多样,内容广泛,效能感强。但偏激的网络政治参与也导致个人主义盛行、政治参与偏激、政治谣言四起等不良政治行为。通过重塑网络人权理念,积极引导,限制过激言行将使网络政治参与有序、健康进行。

In the information age, people establish alley organizations on the net, conduct network election, and realize part of human rights on the net, thus network political view of human fights result. New network political view of human fights can make ideal design for human fight views and attempts to realize them on the network. It has effect on people~ political participation, and doubles their enthusiasm for politics with various forms, extensive content, strong effect. However, extreme network political participation may lead to such ill political behavior as the prevailing of individualism, the extreme political participation, and the emerging of political rumors. This paper suggests reshaping the theory of network human rights, positively guiding, restricting extreme words and behaviors so as to make network political participation proceed in an orderly and healthy way.
