高校企业发展方向思考

The Development Direction of College-run Enterprises

我国高校企业对我国经济建设和高等教育事业的发展起着重大的推动作用,但同时也存在着产权不清、权责不明、企业资金缺乏等问题。结合当前高校企业中存在的主要问题,对高校企业发展方向进行了研究,提出了建立适合高校特征的现代企业制度,建立股权的多元化,强化各项管理,实施特色经营的发展思路。

College-run enterprises play a major pushing role in the development of higher education and economic construction of China, while such problems as in property rights, ambiguity of rights and responsibilities, and lack of funds for enterprises. Combined with the major problems existing in collegerun enterprises, this paper analyzes the development direction of college-run enterprises and puts forward the developing thOUght of establishing modern enterprise system with college characteristic, diversifying stock rights, strengthening various management and implementing characteristic operation, etc.
