论高等教育国际化进程中的中国大学教学改革

On the University Teaching Reform of China in the Process of Higher Education Internationalization

高等教育国际化的大趋势促使中国大学进行广泛深入的教学改革。为此,论述了我国大学教学改革的重要内容和主要环节:首先,大学教学理念的更新是教学改革的前提;其次,大学课程建设、教学内容、教学方法、教学管理和评价改革是核心;第三,加强高校教师队伍建设,提高大学教师的能力和素质,是大学教学改革推进高等教育国际化的根本保证。

The big trend of higher education internationalization directly urges China universities to proceed in extensive and deep teaching reform. This paper discusses the important contents and links of university teaching reform in China as follows： Firstly, renewing university teaching principles is the premise of teaching reform. Secondly, university curriculum establishment, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching management and evaluation are the core. Lastly, strengthening the construction of a contingent of teachers and improving the abilities and qualities of college teachers are the fundamental guarantee for the internationalization of higher education in university teaching rcform.
