从质量链管理产生的背景出发,提出制造业企业应由重视产品质量和服务质量,进一步提升为重视和改进整个经营管理的质量,追求卓越的供应链质量管理观念。
Starting from the background of quality chain management, the paper considers that manufacturing enterprises should transfer stressing product quality and service quality to improving all-round quality control and set up such an idea as pursuing outstanding SC quality control.
