首先对供应链柔性的内涵进行归纳,接着区分出供应链柔性的基本类型,并识别出供应链柔性的关键驱动因素,从而形成一个供应链柔性的概念性框架。最后,根据这个概念性框架提出供应链柔性的增强途径。
The paper summarizes the connotation of SC flexibility, divides it into different basic types and finds out its key driving factors in order to form a conceptual frame. Finally, it gives out how to strengthen the SC flexibility.
