摘要
通过对汽油加氢热壁反应器腐蚀情况的宏观检查和H_2S腐蚀机理分析,认为反应温度低于340℃时,汽油加氢精制装置可以使用内壁不带堆焊层的热壁反应器,并提出了使用中应重视的问题。
By means of analyses of visual examination of corrosion case of gasoline hydrogenator with hot wall and the H_2S corrosion mechanism,it is identified that the hot wall reactor without overlay layen in the inside wall may be employed for gasoline hydrofining unit. While the reaction temperature is lower than 340℃, the problems that should be paid attention to operation are also put forward.
