电化学方法进行MgB_2超导薄膜的制备

摘要 自MgB2的超导电性被发现之后,一些科研小组就尝试合成MgB2样品线材、带材和薄膜。我们尝试用电沉积方法在衬底上生长MgB2薄膜。电沉积法虽然所需设备投资少、工艺简单,但影响因素却相当复杂,薄膜性能不仅决定于电流、电压、温度、溶剂、溶液的pH值及其浓度、还受到溶液的离子浓度、电极的表面状态等因素影响。我们尝试用三电极系统在硼酸和乙酸镁的溶液中沉积MgB2,在实验中不断摸索和总结,不断改变实验条件和参数。并对沉积后的样品退火后作EDAX、SEM等检测分析。 After the discovery of superwconductivity in MgB2, several research groups have made the attempts to synthsize samples of MgB2 in the forms of wires ,tapes and films.MgB2 thin films were grewn onto substrate with electrodeposifion technique.Electrodepesition is a process of plating using electroanalysis. Though the invest of equipment is much less and technics is simple,the influence factors are complex. The performance of the films not only depends on current, deposition potential, temperature, solvent, value of pH, consistency , but also the rate of ions, the state of electrode's surface. Especially it's very difficulty to preparae ideal complex films. MgB2 thin films were attempt to deposite in magnesium acetate and boric acidsolution with three - electrode system. The thin films were then characterized by SEM, EDAX after anneal.
