摘要
提出了以偏钛酸为原料,经水热过程实现晶型转化、粒径控制和表面修饰,无机膜洗涤除杂、喷雾干燥和气流粉碎新工艺合成化纤级二氧化钛,中试表明该产品性能达到了国外同类产品质量水平。
with H3TiO3 as raw material, undergoing hydrothermal synthesis with the aim of controlling on crystal structure and particle size and surface modification, then filtering by ceramic membrane to remove undesired iron, at last undergoing spray dryness and airstream smash, the fiber grade TiO2 is obtained. The final product can meet the demands of fiber produetion and its qualidy is the same level to foreign TiO2.
