摘要
为了拓宽电化学法在煤脱硫中的应用,研究了还原剂法脱硫的几个影响因素及其脱硫机理,利用X射线衍射对还原剂法处理前后的黄铁矿样进行了分析。结果表明:影响还原剂法脱硫的因素的次序为反应时间>pH值>还原剂用量>反应温度;确定了最佳反应条件,反应时间为20 min,pH=6.65,还原剂(连苯三酚)用量为75 mg,反应温度为30℃;在较优实验条件下,其脱硫率可达到60%。研究表明,还原剂法能使煤与黄铁矿颗粒表面朝不同的方向改性:提高了煤的可浮性,降低了黄铁矿的可浮性;同时还原剂法还能改善煤质,提高煤的燃烧值。
In order to enlarge application of electrochemical process in coal desulfurlzation, several factors on desulfurization by reduction method and its desulfurization mechanism were studied. The pyrite sample without any disposal and the pyrite sample treated with reduction method with the help of Xray diffraction were analysed. The results showed: the sequence of factors was time 〉 PH 〉 the dosage of reductive agent 〉 temperature; the optical condition was that time was 20 min, pH = 6.65, the dosage of reductive agent (C6H3(OH)3) was 75 mg, temperature was 30℃; under the optimum condition, the desulfurization rate could reach 60 %. The research showed, the reduction method could make the surface of coal and pyrite changed to opposite modification directions: the flotability of coal was improved, on the contrary, the pyrite' was depressed; it also could improve the character and increase the combustible value of coal.
