高纯外给电子体DCPMS的合成及在丙烯聚合中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 优化了格氏两步法合成二环戊基二甲氧基硅烷(DCPMS)的合成工艺。用氯代环戊烷与镁、四甲氧基硅烷完成格式反应和取代反应,产品经无机碱处理、分离,精制得99.9%高纯DCPMS。用IR、NMR和MS等测试手段对产品进行了结构表征并逐一归属。通过丙烯聚合实验考察了95.0%、97.0%、99.0%的DCPMS外给电子体作用,其结果表明高纯DCPMS更有利于提高聚丙烯聚合物(PP)的等规度和综合性能。 the synthesis of dicyclopentyl dimethoxy silane(DCPMS) was optimized. The gringard and replancement reaction between chlorocyclopentane and magnesium with tetramethoxyl orthosilicate took plance in solvent. The highly pure DCPMS was refined by the diposal of abio- alkali and separation, the structure of DCPMS was characterized by IR, NMR and MS. The results of propylene polymerization of (95.0 %, 97.0 %, 99.0 % ) showed that highly pure DCPMS even more improve the isotacticity and synthenic performance.
