Synthesis of 4-(4-Carbomethoxyphenyl) butanal

以对溴苯甲酸为原料,经酯化后与3-丁烯-1-醇偶联,再与亚硫酸氢钠反应形成磺酸钠盐,经盐酸酸化后得4-(4-甲酯基苯基)丁醛。总收率可达37.3%。

4- （4- Carbomethoxyphenyl）but anat was synthesized from 4 - bromobenzoic acid by esterification, coupling with 3 - buten - 1 - ol, then reactinf with sodium bisulfite formed 1 - hydroxy -4 - （4 - carbomethoxyphenyl）butanesulfonic acidsodium salt, which acidification with hydrochloric acid gained the product. The over all yield reached 37.3 % .
