怀牛膝对2型糖尿病大鼠脑神经生长因子基因表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究怀牛膝(Achyranthcs bidentata Blume,BL)水煎剂对2型糖尿病大鼠脑神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)基因mRNA表达的影响。方法随机选取以不同剂量怀牛膝水煎剂灌胃的2型糖尿病大鼠每组10只,以生理盐水灌胃的2型糖尿病大鼠及正常对照组大鼠各10只,用RT-PCR法测定脑神经生长因子基因mRNA的表达。结果 2 型糖尿病大鼠脑神经生长因子基因mRNA的表达下降,服用怀牛膝水煎剂的2型糖尿病大鼠脑神经生长因子基因mRNA的表达上调。结论怀牛膝水煎剂能增加2型糖尿病大鼠脑神经生长因子基因mRNA的表述。 Objective: To study the effect of Achyranthes bidentata Blume (BL) on the expression of the brain nerve growth factor mRNA in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Selecting type 2 diabetic rats with taken diverse dosage Achyranthes bidentata Blume (BL) and Physiological saline each ten rats in every group and natural ten rats in random , the expression of brain NGF mRNA was mensurated by RT- PCR. Results: The mRNA expression of Brain NGF in type 2 diabetic groups were lower than that of natural group (P 〈 0. 01), and that Achyranthes bidentata Blume (BL) groups were higher than that of type 2 diabetic model (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion : Achyranthes bidentata Blume (BL) can increase the mRNA expression of brain NGF in type 2 diabetic rats.
