摘要
本文介绍了一种新型红外温度传感器的测量原理、设计制作和实验结果。其基本机构是利用高精度红外位移传感器测量热膨胀系数较大的有机玻璃的长度随温度的变化。我们通过运用灵敏度为0.001℃的高精度石英温度计对其进行了校准。这种仪器的温度测量精度可以达到10-5℃数量级。与市场上现有的温度传感器相比,其灵敏度和线性度都有较大的优势,具有广泛的应用前景。
The measurement principle, design, fabrication and experimental results of a novel infrared thermometer sensor are presented in this paper. The sensor is based on a high precision infrared displacement sensor for measuring the length variation of organic glass with temperature. It is calibrated by using a high precision quartz thermometer with a sensitivity of 0.001 ℃. The instrument has a temperature measuring precision of up to 10^-5 ℃. As colnpared with the existing thermometers, it is superior in sensitivity and linearity and has good prospects for wide applications.
