摘要
相位重合检测技术中的一个基本概念就是互素的两个因子,使得在一个测量周期中两信号的相位差单方向递增变化。利用这一概念选取合适的采样参数对测量信号进行采样,可实现采样信号同待测信号相位相关。在此理论基础上,该文借助PLL电路,实现对信号上升时间、下降时间等这样的特殊短时间间隔的测量。
"Two inter-prime numbers", a basic concept in phase coincidence detection technology, makes the phase difference of two signals in a period increase in the same direction. Selection of proper parameters on the basis of this conception to sample the signal can realize the phase correlation between the sampling signal and the measured signal. Using this theory and PLL circuits, this paper presents a method for measuring special short-time intervals such as the rise/fall time of signals.
