摘要
利用青霉素和链霉素分别对-αALDC产生菌枯草芽孢杆菌3226-5、V-20进行抗药性标记,筛选得到稳定的青霉素抗性标记株P-67和链霉素抗性标记株S-17,并以P-67和S-17为融合的亲本在溶菌酶浓度、酶解时间、酶解温度、PEG浓度和pH值等不同的条件下进行原生质体融合,从而确定了其融合的最佳条件。
The penicillin resistant strain P-67 and streptomycin resistant strains S-17 were obtained by marking a-ALDC producting strains Bacillius subtilis 3226-5 and V-20 as parent strains with penicillin and streptomycin. The optimal conditions of fusion were discussed through the fusion of P-67 and S-17 under different conditions, such as lysozyme concentration, temperature and time of lysozyme hydrolysis, PEG concentration, and pH value of PEG.
