摘要
三牙轮钻头腔室结构不规则,导致腔内流体流动规律复杂,湍流和涡旋运动特征影响因素多,由于喷嘴组合不同,不确定性强,难以用数字的方法来描述。针对牙轮钻头在应用中出现的问题,采用观察法和压力法进行实验研究,并进行了理论探讨,较全面地认识了腔内流体的运动特征,基本弄清了钻头腔室内流体冲蚀壁面与底面的主要原因和特点。
The irregular cavity structure of tricone bit causes complex fluid flow in cavity,and factors affecting turbulent flow and vortex flow are lot .because of the difference of nozzle combination,the uncertainty is great ,and can't be described by numerical approach.Aiming the problems arising from the using of ro-ller bit ,through observation and pressure method ,the flow property in cavity,the main causes and characteristics of fluid washing the wall and bottom of cavity ,the characteristics and law of asymmetry flow are knowm clearly.
