Based on the data about the per capita GDP, the growth rate of investment and the per capita disposable income,this article discusses the facts of the sinking of central area of China,states the basic thought of forming chain-city and economic area, and puts forward the foundation for formulating the policy of ＂rise of central area of China＂ depending on political circumstances,locational and resources advantages,industrial distribution and development strategy of ecomonic growth,thus scientifically setting up the policy platform for ＂the rise of central area of China＂ on the basis of the factual development of this area.
