摘要
一般的可剥性涂料成膜后所形成的涂层较脆,不能够大面积剥离,在金属防锈方面比较差,更不具有对金属气相防锈的功能。研制了一种能在常温下快速成膜的可剥性气相防锈涂料,所形成的涂层具有优良的柔韧性和耐冲击强度,能够大面积地进行剥离。提出了涂料的最佳配方为乙烯基高分子树脂100·0g,复合型油溶性气相缓蚀剂13·3g,环氧树脂610110·0g,增韧剂(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯)25mL,稳定剂(二月桂酸二丁基锡)0·5g,抗氧剂B2150·5g,润滑油2mL,混合溶剂700mL。结果表明,这种涂料对金属具有一定的防锈性能和浸泡性能,喷涂于金属表面可有效地提高金属产品的防锈性能。
The coatings prepared from conventional peelable paints have high brittleness and can hardly be peeled off in a large area.At the same time,they usually have poor anticorrosion capacity for metals,which is especially so in terms of the volatile anticorrosion for metals.Thus a peelable volatile anticorrosion paint readily cured at ambient temperature was developed.The optimized formulation of the paint was determined,while the performance of the coating prepared from the optimized formulation,in particular,its anticorrosion action to metal subject to accelerated test in a salt-fog chamber,was examined as well.As the results,the optimized formulation for the newly developed paint was suggested to be composed of ethylene-based macromolecule resin 100.0 g,complex oil-soluble volatile corrosion-inhibitor 13.3 g,6101 epoxy resin 10.0 g,toughness improver 25 mL,stabilizer 0.5 g,B215antioxidant 0.5 g,lubricating oil 2 mL,and mixed solvent 700 mL.The resulting coating prepared from the paint of the optimized formulation had good toughness and high anti-impact strength.Moreover,it was peelable in a large area and was capable of effectively increasing the corrosion resistance of the metal surfaces.
