摘要
为寻找城市污水处理厂中钢结构设备有效的防腐蚀方案,通过对其腐蚀介质和腐蚀环境的分析,筛选出了合适的防腐蚀涂装体系,对所选择的防护涂层的性能进行了试验验证并在工程实际中应用。结果显示,对完全浸泡的设备,采用环氧富锌底漆+环氧云铁中间漆+改性环氧面漆的涂层体系有很好的防护效果;对干湿交替的设备采用环氧富锌底漆+环氧云铁中间漆+丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆的防护体系具有良好的防护性能,预计其防护寿命可达到8a以上。
Starting from the corrosion prevention of the facilities made of steel for urban sewage-disposal plant,desired anti-corrosion systems were screened with respect to the relevant corrosive mediums and conditions.The performance of the selected coating systems was experimentally verified,while some of the selected costing systems were brought into engineering practice.As the results,it was suggested to use a coating system composed of zinc-rich epoxy primer,micaceous ferric oxide epoxy intermediate,and modified epoxy topcoat for the immersed facilities,which showed good corrosion-prevention effect.Different from the above,the coating system comprising zinc-rich epoxy primer,micaceous ferric oxide epoxy intermediate,and acrylic polyurethane topcoat showed good protection to the facilities subject to alternating dry-and-wet working conditions.In general,it was anticipated that the service life for the two types of coating systems could be as long as 8 years.
