摘要
分析了水管理系统产生流体噪声的机理,提出了控制水管理系统流体噪声的方法,建立了三转换器水管理系统实验装置,并针对流量连续性控制对抑制流体噪声的影响进行了验证实验。实验结果表明,采用合适的控制逻辑,减少流量脉动,可以达到降低水管理系统流体噪声的目的。
The liquid-born noise sources in water management system (WMS) were analyzed. Some noise control measures were brought out. With a triple-vessels WMS test rig, demonstration experiments were conducted to validate the attenuation effects by controlling flux continuity. The experimental results show that liquid-born noise can be reduced by restraining flux pulses with a suitable WMS control logic.
