摘要
论述了多步法圆度误差分离技术原理,并通过测量次数、向量权函数的不同选择演化出了等转角多步法、两步法、反转法及不等角两次转位法,并对其逐一进行了谐波抑制分析。
This paper discusses the principle of a multistep method for roundness error separation. Through the different choice of measurement numbers and vector weighting functions, the equal comer muhistep method, two-step method, reversion method and nonequal comer twi-disloeation method are evolved. The paper also makes an analysis of their individual harmonic restraints.
