Central Neurogenesis and the Treatment of Brain Injury in Adults

摘要 脑损伤可导致神经细胞坏死。目前,针对脑损伤的修复方法还很有限,主要局限于预防神经细胞死亡方面。脑内存在具有生成新生神经细胞能力的神经前体细胞,这为大脑结构性重构带来希望。文章概述了成年中枢神经发生的存在和特点及其在脑损伤治疗中的应用现状和前景。 Brain injury may lead to neuronal cell necrosis. Currently, there are limited options for repairing brain injury. Most therapeutic strategies are limited to the prevention of the neuronal cell death. Neuronal precursor cells that exist in brains have the ability to generate new neurons, and thus they bring the hope for brain structural plasticity. The paper summarizes the existence and characteristics of central neurogenesis in adults and their application status quo and prospects in the treatment of brain injury.
