摘要
目的了解阿立哌唑在治疗精神分裂症中锥体外系症状(EPS)的发生率,并探讨其相关因素。方法观察83例阿立哌唑治疗的精神分裂症患者,于服药前作简明精神病量表(BPRS)评定,检测红细胞压积(HCT),治疗中用Sampson锥体外系不良反应量表(RSESE)判别EPS,并收集临床资料。结果本组患者的EPS发生率为26.51%,EPS的发生与目前用药剂量显著相关。结论用阿立哌唑剂量大产生的EPS的危险性较大。
Objectlve To analyse the EPS and its correlative factors in schizophrenic patients treated with aripiprazole. Method BPRS and HCT were tested in 83 schizophrenic patients before they treated with aripiprazole. EPS were appreciated in the course of treatment. And their clinical data were collected. Results EPS rate of the group of the patients was 26. 51% ,there was a significant correlation between EPS and aripiprazole dosage. Conclusion High dosage of aripiprazole is the risk factor of EPS
