摘要
目的探讨不同类型的冠心病患者血浆肾上腺髓质素(ADM)和内皮素(ET1)水平,同时分析ADM及ET1含量与冠心病心功能的关系。方法30例正常人及79例冠心病患者,其中冠心病患者分为急性心肌梗死组(AMI组)38例和心绞痛组(AP组)41例,应用放射免疫法测定79例冠心病患者和30例正常对照者血浆ADM和ET1水平。结果冠心病2组血浆ADM和ET1均高于对照组(P<0.05);AMI组血浆ADM和ET1高于AP组(P<0.05);心力衰竭患者血浆ADM、ET1含量升高程度与心力衰竭严重程度相平行,心功能II级、III级、IV级之间差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论ADM和ET1参与了冠心病及心力衰竭的病理生理过程,血浆ADM升高可能与ET1升高有关。
Objective To observe the changes of plasma adrenomedullin (ADM) and endothelin (ET-1) in patients with coronary heart disease and to study the correlation between ADM, ET-1 and cardiac function. Methods The plasma ADM and ET-1 were detected by radioimmunoassay in 79 patients with coronary heart disease who were divided into two groups(AMI group, n = 38;AP group, n =41) and compared with normal subjects (control group, n =30).Results The plasma ADM and ET-1 in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in control group,the plasma ADM and ET-1 in AMI group were significantly higher than those in AP group ( P 〈 0. 05). The increase of plasma ADM and ET- 1 was closely related with the severity of heart failure. Conclusion ADM and ET-1 are involved in the process of pathophysiology in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. The elevated plasma ET-1 may be responsible for the increase of ADM in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.
