记忆合金环抱式接骨板治疗股骨骨折32例并发症分析

Treatlment of 32 cases of fracture of femur with Ni-Ti-shaped memory embracing plate

目的探讨镍钛记忆合金环抱式接骨板治疗股骨骨折的临床效果。方法对32例股骨骨折患者采用镍钛记忆合金环抱式接骨板治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果镍钛记忆合金环抱式接骨板治疗32例股骨骨折,接骨板断裂2例,骨折延迟愈合5例,取接骨板后再骨折1例。结论镍钛记忆合金环抱式接骨板慎用于治疗股骨骨折。

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Ni-Ti-shaped memory embracing plate for the treatment of femoral fractures.Methods Clinical data of 32 cases with Ni-Ti-shaped memory embracing plate for treatment of femoral fractures were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 32 cases trealedloyNi-Ti-shaped memory embracing plate, plate breakage 2 cases, late healed 5 cases, refracture 1 case after taking off plat. Conclusion We shouldbe careful to use Ni-Ti-shaped memory embracing plate for the treatment of femoral fractures.
