摘要
本文用古城油田B123区块碱/聚合物驱的实际配方和天然岩心,通过静态瓶实验和岩心流动试验,利用原子吸收光谱、扫描电镜、电子探针和能谱以及阴极发光等手段,对实验前后样品进行分析测试。研究了古城油田B123区块碱/聚合物驱的结垢类型、成分、产状、无机垢晶体的尺寸、分布状况及对储层的伤害;建立了地层渗透率伤害程度与碱浓度和与岩心水测渗透率关系的方程。饱和指数法(SI)数值模拟表明,按B123区块目前试验方案测算,每年地层结垢在5.3t以上。
In this paper, an experimental study on formation scale of alkaline/polylner flooding at B123 block in Gucheng oil field is carried out on the reservoir cores with field formulation of alkaline/polylner flooding, which includes the static bottle expertments and core displacement tests. Atomic absorption spectrum, scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum, electronic prode and cathodoluminescence are used to test and analyze samples before and after experimental flooding. In the process of experiment the type, composition and occurrence of scales, the size and distribution of inorganic scale crystals and their damage to the oil formation are studied, and a relation equation of formation permeability damage level with the alkaline concentration and the intrinsic permeability is built up as well. Saturation index (SI) numerical simulation shows that more than 5. 3 tons of inorganic scales would be formed in the B123 block reservoir per year according to the prediction from the B123 block alkaline/polymer flooding program.
