From Positive Welfare to Social Investment Country—About the Giddens' Welfare State Concept

以吉登斯为代表的社会民主党在其政治路线“第三条道路”中,提出了新型福利概念、构建积极的福利观、在新责任观和平等观基础上建立社会投资型国家等重要观点。从马克思主义的视角出发,结合当下中国国情,正确理解和把握吉登斯的福利概念,对当代中国社会主义和谐社会的构建具有借鉴意义。

Regarding Giddens as the representative,the social democrat party bring forward new welfare concept,set up positive welfare viewpoint and found social investment state based on new responsibility and equality principles in the third way of its political line.Seeing from the angle of Marxism and according to the current Chinese situation,understanding correctly and master the concept of Giddens has an important reference and significance to construct Chinese socialist harmonious society.
