摘要
对新垂直筛板塔提出了Ｈａｕｓｅｎ效率模型和双池模型相结合的新观点。观察和测试了靠近出口堰一排帽罩的前喷提升液全部或部分喷射到降液管内及堰上有无溢流时对板效率的影响，导出Ｈａｕｓｅｎ效率模型式。用试验及文献数据进行检验。
This paper presents a new view of combining Hausen efficiency model with dual cell model for new vertical sieve tray(NVST) The effect on tray efficiency of whether the liquid lifted from the caps nearby the outlet weir is totally or partly sprayed into the downcomer tube,and of whether overflow occurs on the weir is observed and measured,whereby the Hausen efficiency model is deduced The calculated Hausen tray efficiency is consistent with experimental results
