Ethnic Harmony: Importance of Harmonious Society

巩固和发展平等、团结、互助、和谐的社会主义社会民族关系是构建和谐社会的必然要求。在中国这样一个多民族的国家里,回汉民族关系是最重要的社会关系之一。本文试通过对陕鄂交界地区回汉民族关系历史与现状的调查与分析,说明民族和睦是构建和谐社会的重要保证。

The importance of constructing a harmonious society is to consolidate relationship between Hui and Han people so as to build an equal, united, harmonious and socialist society in China, which is a multiracial country where relationship between Hui and Han people is vital for human relations in society. This paper tries to explain that ethnic harmony is the guarantee to build a harmonious society by analyzing the characteristics and present situations of the national relationship between Hui and Han people in provinces of Shanxi and Hubei.
