The Spirit of National Culture in Yvmazov's Poems and Novels

依玛佐夫是吉尔吉斯斯坦东干族语言文学家,他的文学作品体现出东干族多种文化相融合的民族文化精神:东干族信仰伊斯兰教,生活在以游牧民族为主的中亚地区,因此,伊玛佐夫的文学作品中首先反映出伊斯兰文化和游牧文化的影响;东干人从小学习俄语,使用俄语和东干语两种语言,因而伊玛佐夫作品中透射着俄罗斯文化的影响;东干族是中国移民,在生活中保留着中国的风俗习惯,所以伊玛佐夫作品中还留有中国文化的印记。

Yvmazov is a linguistic litterateur of Dungan nationality of Kyrgyzstan. His literary works embody a spirit of national literature, which is a fusion of different kinds of literatures of Dungan nationality. Living in nomadic tribes of Cen- tral Asia, Dungan people believe in Islam. Therefore, Yvmazov＇ s works reflect Islamic and nomadi~ ~ultures. Learning Russian at an early age, Dungan people can speak both Russian and Dungan. Russian culture is also shown in his works. Dungan people, Chinese emigrants, still remain Chinese customs and living habits and in his literary works, there are even some marks of Chinese culture.
