摘要
通过改变水蒸气分压来改变沸石的脱铝深度,提高催化剂的活性稳定性;采用稀土离子改性抑制副反应的发生;综合水蒸气处理、离子改性改善催化剂的催化性能。以苯和乙烯烷基化为探针反应,在快速失活与准工业条件(注:反映工业条件下反应规律的实验室条件,后文同。)下考察催化剂的活性稳定性及副产物生成量的变化。采用吡啶吸附IR光谱和XRD峰强度表征催化剂的酸性质和结晶度。结果表明:在温和条件下(PH2O=13~27kPa)用水蒸气处理,再与混合稀土(载入量1%~4%)改性相结合,制得的催化剂活性高,稳定性好,并抑制副产物的生成。
Adjusting the extent of dealuminum of ZSM 5 zeolites to improve activity stability was carried out by changing the conditions of steaming treatment.Modifying ZSM 5 zeolites with rare earth compounds was used to suppress by products.Catalyst performance was studied for alkylation of benzene with ethylene over these samples.IR spectra and XRD patterns were used to study acid quantity and relative crystallinity of zeolites.Test results showed that the comprehensive effects of RE modification after mild steaming treatment(P H 2O =13~27kPa)not only generated higer reaction activity and stability of the catalysts,but also suppressed side products.
