摘要
将用四氯化钛和二氯化铜两步络合法得到的含氮化合物,即碱性含氮化合物和非碱性含氮化合物的浓缩物,分别以不同的浓度回掺入150SN、500SN、150ZN和600ZN四种润滑油基础油中,考察其对基础油氧化安定性的影响。结果表明:含氮化合物的存在对润滑油基础油的氧化安定性是不利的,其中碱性含氮化合物的影响更为显著,非碱性含氮化合物影响较弱;含硫化合物的存在则对润滑油基础油的氧化起抑制作用。还将碱氮、非碱氮和硫的含量与润滑油基础油的氧化诱导期进行关联,提出了一个经验关联式。
For examination of their effects on base oil oxidation stability,the concentrates of nitrogen compounds,basic or nonbasic nitrogen compounds were added to 150SN,500SN,150ZN and 600ZN lube base oils in different proportions The date show that the presence of nitrogen compounds,especially the basic nitrogen compounds,has considerable negative effects on oxidation stability of lube base oils However,the sulfur compounds seem to play the role of inhibitor to oxidation An empirical equation,relating the contents of basic nitrogen,non basic nitrogen and sulfur with the oxidation induction period has been suggested
