The Research of Orientation-option Method to Promote the Transfer of Science and Technology Outcome

本文结合高新技术及其产品、高新技术产业化和高新技术企业特点,通过对企业资源及能力、企业所处的区位因素以及项目环境因素等方面分析,提出一种适合企业在高新技术领域定位选项的分析方法,并将其应用于个案研究。

According to characteristics of high - teeh and its products, industrialization of high tech and high- tech enterprise, this paper analyzed the resources and capabilities of enterprise, the district factor of enterprise and the circumstance factors of project etc. This paper also proposed an orientation- option analyzing method suiting for high- tech field, and we applied it on case study.
