储油罐防腐层大修中的化学除锈技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对储油罐在不停运的情况下进行防腐层大修的课题,以魏荆线首站2×10~4m^3浮顶油罐为例,进行了化学除锈技术的探索。通过化学除锈技术方案的现场实施,可以得出结论:化学除锈技术具有安全、操作简单、除锈率高、费用低、工序衔接要求不高等优点,特别适用于易燃易爆、不停运储罐的防腐层大修,达到了安全、可行、经济和保证质量的目的。 Taking a 20 000 m3 floating roof tank located in the initial station of Weijing Line as an example, a subject of chemical derusting has been studied for on-line oil tank recoating. Through field implement of the chemical derusting technique, it comes to the conclusion that the technique has got the following advantages: safety, simple operation, high derusting rate, low costs, loose working procedure, and especially, suitability for on-line tank recoating in inflammable, explosive environment, and the purposes of safety , availability, cost effectiveness and good quality have been attained.
