摘要 在简要介绍约束理论及其思维流程基本内容的基础上,分析讨论了其思想原理、理论特色与优点,并探讨了其当前尚存在的一些问题与不足之处。 In this paper, the Theory of Constraints （TOC） and its Thinking Process （TP） are introduced briefly. The essence and also special feature of the TP as well as the disadvantages and problems existed in the TP are discussed separately.
