在零售连锁业市场争夺战日益激烈的今天,商圈分析在终端选址过程中发挥着重要的作用。商圈是由顾客选择商店的行为形成的。本文根据雷利法则和哈夫法则,在综合考虑商圈的各个经济影响变量的情况下,就商圈在分店选址上的应用做了详细的分析,为企业终端分店选址提供了科学的依据。
Business circle analysis play an important role in the process of selecting terminal location today when retailing chain enterprises compete more fiercely day by day. The business circle is formed by the customers' behavior to choose shops. In this article, author makes a detailed analysis on the applying of business circle in the branch location selection according to Reilly's law and Hafts model and synthesized consideration of all the economic effect variables. It offers scientific basis of terminal branch location selection.
