重庆市6 681例儿童血清中部分微量及宏量元素情况分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解重庆市儿童血清中锌、铁、铜、钙、镁的水平。方法用日立-50型原子吸收分光光度计检测并分析近2年来来我院检查的6681例0~14岁儿童的血清锌、铁、铜、钙、镁含量及性别、年龄分布特点。结果6681例儿童的血清辞、铁、铜、钙、镁的含量分别为(15.3±4.5)μmol/L(19.2±6.3)μmot/L、(18.4±4.4)μmol/L(2255.4±177.0)μmot/L和(836±109.7)μmol/L,且男性儿童高于女性儿童,差异有统计学意义。女性儿童明显较男性儿童更易发生锌、铁、钙缺乏的情况。0~3岁儿童血清锌高于3岁及3岁以上儿童。1岁以下儿童血清铁、钙高于1岁及1岁以上儿童。血清锌、铁、钙出现缺乏的可能性随年龄的增加而增加。过量的情况除血清铜外都较少发生,且血清铜过量无性别差异;1岁以上儿童铜过量的发生率高于1岁以下儿童,但不随年龄变化而增加。结论儿童应根据其不同的年龄、性别,有所侧重的、科学合理的预防有益元素的缺乏及过量。 Objective To investigate the serological level of zinc, iron, copper, calcium and magnesium in Chongqing children. Methods Serum zinc, iron, copper, calcium, magnesium contents and characters of gender and age were detected and evaluated by using Hitachi-50 atomic absorption speetrophotometer from 6 681 children(0-14 years ) examined in this hospital recent two years . Results The contents of serum zinc, iron, copper, calcium, magnesium were (15.3±4.5)μmol/L, (19.2±6.3)μmol/L, (18.4 ±4.4 )μmol/L , (2 255.4±177.0)μmol/L and (836± 109.7)μmol/L respectively in 6681 children. The contents in boys were higher than those in girls, which was a significant deviation. Girls were prone to be short of zinc, iron and calcium. The serum zinc in 0-3 years old was higher zhan that in above 3 years. The serum iron and calcium were lower in the more than 1 years old group than that in the less than 1years old group. The possibilities of Zn , Fe and Ca deficiency were associated with the age of children. Except for serum copper, which were not different between girls and boys,excess trace elements were seen seldom. The incident of excess copper was higher in the older than 1 years group than that in the younger than 1 years group, but it did not increase following the increasing age. Conclusion To prevent from developing the deficiency or excess of trace elements and macroelements,it is necessary for children that they are supplied with those elements reasonably ,according to different age and different gender.
