The article make a explanation of the difference between Evidence - Based Medicine and Experience- Based Medicine from four aspects. The main difference between the two kinds of medicine is the index of evaluating result. Evidence - Based Medicine focuses on the satisfied result. The second difference between the two medicine kinds is the source of evidence. Evidence- Based Medicine advocates using the present evidenzce - ramdomide contrdled trial result. The third difference between them is the requirement of investigative method.
