如何防止发蓝膜层的红色挂霜 被引量:2

摘要 分析了发蓝膜层出现红色挂霜的原因:溶液主要成分含量过高、铁氧化物过多、发蓝槽容量小、工艺操作不当、工件多次返修等。提出了防止产生红色挂霜的措施:改进发蓝工艺、改铁槽为不锈钢槽、用回收液调整液面等。给出了三次发蓝工艺的操作条件及维护方法。实践证明,采用适当措施可以有效防止发蓝膜的红色挂霜。 The causes of red exo-frost on bluing coating were analysed, which were higher content of main component in solution, more ferriferous oxide, smaller bluing tank volume, poor operation, repeated workpiece reworking, etc.. The measures for preventing red exo-frost were presented: improving bluing process, replacing the iron tank with stainless steel tank, adjusting the bath level with recovesed bath, etc.. The process conditions and maintenance measures of the three-times bluing process were given. The practice shows that proper measures can be taken to effectively prevent red exo-frost on bluing coating.
