跨国公司技术转移的国际比较及东道国政策选择

Technology Transfer of TNCs and Policy Choice of Host Country

对跨国公司技术转移不同研究方法的比较发现，企业理论与发展理论、局部均衡方法和一般均衡方法都得到了广泛运用；同时，东道国政策对跨国公司技术转移及其效果有着重要影响。在总结跨国公司技术转移对东道国影响、东道国政策选择对跨国公司技术转移影响等方面国际研究的基础上，提出了在新时期中国对跨国公司技术转移应遵循的政策。

By comparing the research method on technology transfer of TNCs, we found enterprise theory and development theory, as well as partial equilibrium and general equilibrium were extensively used. We also found the policy of host country had crucial influence on technology transfer and its outcome. On the basis of these researches about technology transfer, we put forward some policy suggestions,which China should obey on the technology transfer of TNCs at new age.
