摘要 传统的气动舵机耗气量测试是由实验人员手动完成,耗时长、精度低。为解决这一问题,以图形化编程语言 LabVIEW 为软件平台,采用多种新型高精度传感器采集被测非电量参数,开发出了一套界面友好、操作简便的自动化实验系统,该系统可以接近全自动地完成6项关于舵机及射流管阀特性的实验,大大提高了测试效率和精度,降低了测试成本。 Traditional manual measurement system for pneumatic rudder has low efficiency and low accuracy. To solve the problem, a new automatic measurement system with friendly interface is developed, which adopts advanced graphic language LabVIEW as the software platform and adopts various new high-accuracy sensors to gather measurands. Six experiments that are relevant to the pneumatic rudder and the jet pipe valve can be carried out automatically in this system. It not only greatly increases the measurement accuracy and efficiency, but also reduces the cost.
